How do I get started?

You can book a free 15-minute consultation or request a full initial assessment by contacting us here. We’re happy to answer any questions and help you find the right therapist or approach.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your goals and the therapy model. Most people attend between 8 and 20 sessions. We’ll discuss your needs in your initial consultation and tailor a plan to suit you.

Can I switch between therapies?

Yes. Our therapists are trained in multiple models and can integrate approaches (e.g. combining CBT with CFT or ACT). We will always collaborate with you on what feels most helpful.

What is CBT and who is it for?

CBT helps you identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. It’s highly effective for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, panic, low self-esteem, and more. It’s practical, goal-focused, and short to medium term (usually 6–20 sessions).

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, we offer secure, remote sessions via Zoom or phone. Online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face, and many clients prefer its convenience and flexibility.
